Lead Engineer Testing (Ref Test Lead)

Experience: 4-5 years

Job Requirements:

  • Testing of web based applications (Must Have)
  • Knowledge of any scripting language (Perl / Python / VB Script) (Must Have)
  • Knowledge of testing life cycle, SDLC concepts
  • Should be a self learner
  • Knowledge of Java programming - Preferable

Job Description:

  • Should be able to effectively lead a 3-4 member product testing team
  • Should be able to design and implement strategies for testing different aspects of the product
  • Will have the overall responsibility for timely testing of product releases
  • Should be able to create/review the test-plan/test-case documents
