Vega Video Comparator - Accelerate Encoder Development

One of the challenges for an encoder or transcoder developer is assessing the performance of the encoder/transcoder. One way of assessing the performance is to compare two video outputs of the encoder/transcoder. Comparing the video outputs helps to analyze statistics such as, file size, bits used, resolution, and frame rate.
